From the shooting itself to the social aftermath, thousands of different theories have flooded the world attempting to explain what happened.
Aliens, government cover-ups, the Illuminati: we’ve heard them all before. And, as much as people would like, they generally don’t amount to much.
But it seems a new theory, this time concerning JFK’s autopsy, is gaining some steam.
According to The Daily Beast, JFK’s brain has disappeared from the official assassination archives. Even more disturbing, however, is that the photographs taken of the original brain seem to have been replaced with inaccurate duplicates.
James Swanson, author of ‘End of Days: The Assassination of John F. Kennedy’, claims to know why this is.
According to Swanson, JFK’s brain was stolen by his brother, Robert Kennedy. However, the author claims it was not stolen to cover up a government conspiracy.
Rather, he believes Robert stole his brother’s brain to keep the world from knowing about JFK’s health problems and drug use. Though the brain would not have revealed these issues, a frightened man in the 1960s could have easily believed it would.
As with all Kennedy conspiracy theories, Swanson’s thoughts should be taken with a grain of salt. However, it is certainly an interesting idea and, even if untrue, is worth thinking about.
